VerifAge is built by a small team in France working with partners across Europe. We hire for a few roles at a time and prefer people who want to own a piece of the product end to end.

How we work

• Small and senior. Few meetings, written decisions, direct access to customers.
• Privacy first. Every feature starts with the question of what data it needs, and the answer is usually "none".
• Multilingual. The product speaks nine languages; the team speaks at least three.
• Remote within Europe. Nancy is home, but most of the work happens online.

What we look for

• Backend developers with Laravel or another mature PHP stack, comfortable with APIs and queues.
• Mobile developers with Flutter and a taste for small, calm interfaces.
• Partnership managers who know retail, vending or e-commerce in a European market.
• Compliance people who can read GDPR and eIDAS texts and turn them into product rules.
