5. Intellectual property

All of the elements making up VerifAge – in particular the VerifAge trade mark and name, the logo, the texts, images, videos, graphic elements, architecture, software, algorithms, databases and source code – are the exclusive property of SAS INOVA DIGI-TECH or are licensed to it.

Any reproduction, representation, adaptation, modification, extraction or exploitation, in whole or in part, of these elements, by any process whatsoever and on any medium whatsoever, without the prior written authorisation of SAS INOVA DIGI-TECH, is prohibited and constitutes an infringement punishable under Articles L.335-2 et seq. of the French Intellectual Property Code (Code de la propriété intellectuelle).

The processing of personal data carried out in connection with VerifAge is described in the Privacy policy and on the GDPR compliance page, which are accessible from every page of VerifAge.

7. Cookies

VerifAge uses only cookies and trackers that are strictly necessary for its operation. No advertising or audience-measurement cookies are placed. Details are set out on the Use of cookies page.

8. Consumer mediation

In accordance with Articles L.611-1 et seq. of the French Consumer Code (Code de la consommation), a user acting as a consumer may, after a prior written complaint to SAS INOVA DIGI-TECH (contact@verifage.com) has remained without a satisfactory response, refer the matter free of charge to the following consumer mediator:
